Report on flood zones in Teulada-Moraira

At Brassa Homes®, trusted estate agents in Moraira since 1979, we like to inform our future clients, and that is why we are providing the following blog entry for information purposes, on the areas at risk of flooding in the town of Teulada-Moraira, according to the local Town Hall's study.

Firstly, and in order not to cause alarm, we would like to stress that the vast majority of areas in both Moraira and Teulada are not at risk of flooding.

However, there are some hot spots, within some urban and rural areas, where houses have been built, and there is a danger of flooding.

In this article, we are going to indicate where these hot spots are:

Between the areas of La Sabatera and Sol Park, there is an area where there are about 15 houses and several urban plots, which are at risk of flooding, medium level.

In the same area, there are 5 houses at high risk of flooding.

In the area of Paichi in Moraira, the vast majority of commercial premises, as well as some bungalow developments and several villas, the risk of flooding is classified as very high.

In the area of El Portet there are several streets, where there are houses built and also have a risk of flooding, in this case its degree is medium.

In the rural area of Teulada, there is a small sector with a possible risk of flooding and its level is classified as medium.
