Montemar, Benissa
If you dream of owning a property near the Med Sea, then Montemar is your place to be!
Montemar in Benissa is an urbanisation on top of a hill facing South and close by to everything (between 5 to 10 min drive).
Developed back in the 70's Montemar was one of the first areas to be developed and nowadays the infraestructure still good and well kept.
Some parts of Montemar have pavements to walk and street lighting, some others don't.
We divide Montemar in two parts, lower Montemar, which is within walking distance to shops and amenities and higher Montemar, where the panoramas are one of the most impressive on the entire Costa Blanca.
Montemar is also not far (5 to 10 min by car) to Benimarco area (a charming little village on top of the hill).
