We met Vicente in June 2023 when we were looking for a house in the Moraira area, he was acting for the seller of the property we were interested in, and eventually purchased. Another offer had been received on the property, but he advised us of the position, with total honesty and transparency. He put our offer in, and gave feedback from the seller, who accepted our offer over the other offer they had received. During the sale process he was an excellent communicator at all times, and ensured everything was proceeding as planned. I would highly recommend Vicente for either buying or selling, a totally honest agent, who works hard to achieve a deal.

We have met Vicente in July 2023 when we were searching for a house in the Moraira area. I have to say he is an extra-ordinary broker and a very honest man. After engaging him for more then 8 months you learn to know someone pretty well. Although his mandate was at the seller side he took so much care in understanding our needs and managing communications between seller and buyer in an excellent way. Highly recommended.
