I spent months looking for a house to buy in Moraira / Benissa. At first I had used another real estate agent for that purpose. But that led to nothing. We met Vicente in June 2023 when we were looking for a house in the Moraira area, he was acting for the seller of the property we were interested in, and eventually purchased. Another offer had been received on the property, but he advised us of the position, with total honesty and transparency. He put our offer in, and gave feedback from the seller, who accepted our offer over the other offer they had received.
